In this episode, we test drive the all new 2017 Nissan Rogue. The Rogue offers a third option for buyers looking to stray away from the aging RAV4 and the common CR-V, bu still want the reliability and resale of a Japanese automobile. The 2017 Rogue comes with a refreshed and restyled exterior with a bold grille, front headlamps, and rear taillights – among other updates.
Our test model featured a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine coupled to a fuel efficient Continuously Variable Transmission. Horsepower and torque is rated at 170hp and 175 lb-ft respectively (watch the video for further details). Our real-world fuel range as-tested is 465km (283 miles) on a tank of fuel. For every one liter of fuel, we are able to drive 8.3 kilometers. Watch the video below for the complete review.
After using up almost a full tank of gas, we were able to fill it back up for $32.48 for 30.7 liters of fuel at a fuel cost of $1.056/liter. At that fuel price, it would cost $58 to fill the Rogue’s 55-liter fuel tank.
