In this episode, we test drive the all-new Honda Odyssey. A popular choice among families, the Odyssey offers lots of space and technology innovations that set a new benchmark for the future of the minivan. Surprisingly, the Odyssey has managed to continue surviving even with the introduction of the equally spacious seven-passenger Pilot.
Our test model featured a 3.5-liter 6-cylinder engine coupled to a class-exclusive 10-speed automatic transmission. Horsepower and torque is rated at 280hp and 262 lb-ft respectively (watch the video for further details). Our real-world fuel range as-tested is 675km on a tank of fuel. For every one liter of fuel, we are able to drive 9.15 kilometers. Watch the video below for the complete review.
After using up almost a full tank of gas, we were able to fill it back up for $41.07 for 36.3 liters of fuel at a fuel cost of $1.129/liter. At that fuel price, it would cost $83.32 to fill the Odyssey’s 73.8-liter fuel tank.
